The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this SS, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. This SS does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Any information provided in response to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only and will not be released. Vendor participation is not a promise of future business with the Government. The purpose of this SS is to conduct Market Research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (hub zone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, or large business) relative to NAICS Code 334310. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, is conducting market research to determine if there are firms capable of providing the following requirements. Carefully consider the following prior to submitting your interest in this requirement. Audio/Video equipment to upgrade existing equipment in the Intensive Care Unit and the Simulation Center (14 rooms total) and one mobile cart. Will be replacing current Gen-3 Endpoint with Medialink IV Endpoint, replace current Sony Standard camera with Sony HD Camera. Deinstall and removal of existing Tele-ICU cameras, monitors, and hardware located in ICU (13) and the Simulation Center (1). Install all new hardware, make necessary connections to the network. Provide complete system testing to guarantee functionality. Provide 5 year warranty on Medialink IV 14 mounted servers and one mobile cart. Provide 1 year warranty on Speaker/Mic combo. Provide a complete site assessment for 14 ICU beds, 13 located in ICU and one in the Simulation Center, and one cart. Provide all site assessment reports to the Dayton Medical Center. This installation will take place throughout a functional ICU and may require brief exposure to interact with patients. Contractor technicians are expected to respect the privacy of our technicians and follow all HIPPA guidelines. Dayton VA staff will do everything in their power to ensure timely access to rooms. However patient influx is beyond our control and we request that the contractor be flexible with scheduling and work hours.
