Can you provide that or can we visit to get the information? Answer: Due to COVID 19 limitations, a site visit is not possible at this time. Please see the attachment for a complete list of make, model and serial number of the equipment to be serviced. Question 2. We need to know how many tip seals to replace? Answer: Total of 30 for all equipment. Question 3. I really need pictures of all the equipment. Model and S/N s on all equipment, including Dew point and CO Monitors. Photos of Pump and Compressor Name Plate. Photos of the Medical Dryers. Photos of the Med Dryers Model and s/n. Photos of Filter housing, or element filter parts numbers photos. Answer: The program is working to get photos, if possible. Again, due to COVID 19 limitations many employees are teleworking and it s difficult to get onsite to get photos. The complete list of make, model and serial numbers for all equipment may have to suffice. If photos are made available, another amendment will be posted. Question 4. I just want to make sure that my documents are accurate when submitting. Answer: The location for the work is at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R, Detroit, MI. Some of the information posted is not accurate. To clarify, the solicitation with an issue date of April 28, 2020 and a closing date of May 19, 2020 is the correct copy. Also reattached here for further reference. Question 5. Who has been servicing this equipment in the past? Answer: Brehob Corporation 1334 S Meridian St. Indianapolis, IN 46225 (a large business) primarily handled the maintenance via small purchase orders in the past. However, this current requirement has been set aside exclusively for small business and quotes from large businesses will not be considered.

The contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to perform inspection and testing of the medical gas system (medical air, lab air, dental air, vacuum pumps, and CO & dew point monitors) in accordance with all current Joint Commission, (EC.02.05.09) National Fire Protection Association, (NFPA 99, 2012), all Compressed Gas Association standards and including all guidelines applicable to an inpatient healthcare facility. The anticipated NAICS code for this requirement is 811310. The period of performance is one base year with four one-year options. This Sources Sought Notice is intended to locate any business capable of performance. Interested firms shall include in their submission: A brief capability statement detailing the specific ability to meet the requirement as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) DUNS number Business size/type This is not a Request for Quotation and quotes shall not be reviewed at this time.
