This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the Ann Arbor VA Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 to identify all sources that are capable of providing maintenance support for paging systems installed at the former VISN 11 facilities (Michigan and Indiana). Support includes hardware repairs on paging transmitters, encoders, voice pagers and alphanumeric pagers; and software support for Emergin Orchestrator/Wireless Office installed, as well as telephone support for above related systems. Contractor shall be trained to support Zetron terminals, narrowband paging transmitters, and Emergin Orchestrator.
