PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Department of Veterans Affairs in Columbus, Ohio intends to solicit for 3.0 FTE Medical Technologists to provide Medical Technologist Services on site at The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the John D. Dingell VAMC located at 4646 John R in Detroit, Michigan. The requirement is a Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), and the contract period will be for a 1 year base period only. The electronic solicitation shall be released on or about January 22, 2020. The solicitation number is 36C25020Q0186. The procurement is a 100% service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aide. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government intends to issue an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
