The contractor shall provide non-person... This is a Sources Sought Notice for a Joint Commission (JC) Mock Survey at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS) located at 2215 Fuller Rd. Ann Arbor, MI. The contractor shall provide non-personal services for surveying, identifying, correcting, and training as it relates to the JC standards for Hospitals, Ambulatory Care, Behavioral Health, and Life Safety Code. The intent of this mock survey is to supplement the organization s efforts for continuous JC survey readiness. The consultation services provided under this contract are intended to focus on facility maintenance and operation practices and not on clinical practices. The anticipated contract is not intended to solicit a comprehensive mock survey but is intended to focus attention on the Environment of Care and Life Safety Code elements of a JC survey. The anticipated NAICS code for this requirement is 541618. Delivery is expected in ninety (90) days after receipt of order. This Sources Sought Notice is intended to locate any business capable of performance. Interested firms shall include in their submission: A brief capability statement detailing the specific ability to meet the requirement as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) DUNS number Business size/type This is not a Request for Quotation and quotes shall not be reviewed at this time. The Department of Veterans Affairs shall not be responsible for any costs incurred by the contractor as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. All responses shall be submitted via email by Wednesday, November 6, 2019 no later than 4:30PM EST. Responses shall be submitted to Jennifer Johnson at jennifer.johnson18@va.gov.
