Contractor shall, per drawings and specifications replace and upgrade existing Automatic Transfer switches, including integrate ATS switches into the Facilities Siemens Apogee Building Management system including our generators, battery chargers and all other elements as defined in the drawings and specifications for this project. Work shall include multiple floors and areas of floors in buildings 1e, 1w, 28, 31, and 15. Work shall include but not be limited to the following: All ATS switches that are not ASCO 7000 series shall be replaced. All existing transfer switches which are ASCO 7000 series shall be upgraded. All transfer switches, generators and battery charging stations shall be integrated into a monitoring and control network run through our existing Siemens Apogee building management system. Work shall also include any and all other work defined in the specifications and drawing.
