Project # 541-376: Expand Primary Care for PACT Realignment. This project is located on the campus of the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 10701 East Blvd. Cleveland, OH 44106. The goal of the project is a 2 story and basement addition totaling 12,000 square feet on the east side of the existing ambulatory care building. Project will add 4,000 sf per level. Mechanical in basement, Primary Care on ground floor, and specialty care on the second floor. Project shall be designed to support an additional 2 floors above for future expansion. Project will also renovate the existing 12,000 sf primary care module in multiple phases. Project shall also include site and utility modifications to accommodate the new addition.
