Construction includes a complete renovation of the vacated Audiology space including all structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, interior design and all other aspects of the design to result in complete and usable spaces. Construction will adhere to all building codes and VA standards as well as LEED and Green facility design, the Plane Tree Model, and energy conservation. Period of Performance/Work Site: 180 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Work will likely commence Fall of 2020.
