Magnitude of Construction: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS: 238220, Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning Contractors. Small Business Size Standard: $16.5M - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. SET-ASIDE INFORMATION: This solicitation will be issued pursuant to the authority under Public Law 109-461 (38 U.S.C. 8127) and is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business with a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) preference.
