SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE For Transitional Housing (Health Care for Homeless Veteran) for the Ann Arbor, VAMC This is a Sources Sought Notice. This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for quotes. A request for quotes may be issued at a later date. This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the Network 10 Contracting Office, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, MI 48106 to determine if responsible sources exist and if there are any businesses capable of providing the requirements listed herein. The proposed NAICS Code is 624221, Temporary Shelters ($11 Million). The Ann Arbor VA Medical Center (AAVAMC), in Ann Arbor, Michigan has a need for emergency housing and supportive services as part of its Community Based Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program. This is a total need and the VA contemplates making multiple awards (If applicable). The government is interested in sources that can provide 5 Veteran bed. Interested parties are encouraged to respond with what they can provide (i.e. if you can only support a certain number of beds, please state what you can provide). Period of Performance: 12 months from date of Award plus five, 12-month option periods. Responses should include: (1) Business Name, GSA contract number and Address (if applicable); (2) Point of Contact Name, Phone Number, and E-mail Address; (3) DUNS and NAICS code; (4) Business Size SMALL or LARGE; and (5) Type of Business SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED, VETERAN OWNED, 8A, HUB Zone, WOMEN-OWNED etc. All businesses eligible to provide this service are encouraged to reply as this information may be used to determine potential set asides for the above noted service.
