AMENDED TO REFLECT TRADE-IN This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation RFQ-36C25019Q1125 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-94, 2005-95/ 01-19-2017. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 339113 and the business size standard is 750 employees. BRAND NAME ONLY ITEM NUMBER DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES QUANTITY UNIT 0001 The Triton 36 is a large capacity Floor Model Ultrasonic Cleaning System featuring an automatic tray elevator for ease of use and operator safety. This model is validated for cleaning all daVinci S/Si and Xi Robotic instruments. The versatile tray elevator will accommodate a maximum of three instrument trays of various types. Three (3) lumen trays can be cleaned simultaneously. Each lumen tray will hold up to 12 ported instruments for a total of 36 instruments cleaned per cycle. The elevator will also accommodate up to three (3) standard wire mesh instrument trays for cleaning solid instruments. When cleaning daVinci instruments, only two (2) tray levels are used simultaneously for maximum use of cavitation energy. Each robotic tray will hold up to 10 daVinci instruments for a total of 20 cleaned per cycle. Slide-and-Lock irrigation trays provide easy loading to connect to irrigation ports. Lumen and daVinci trays measure 32.5"L x 10.5"W x 4"H. The wire mesh tray measures 21"L x 10"W x 4"H. Total instrument weight capacity is 40 pounds. The ultrasonic basin has a fill capacity of 30 gallons of water. The Triton 36 employs 2 Titanium Rod Transducers (TRT) suspended directly in the solution for superior cleaning cavitation. Two generators produce 1,200 watts of power to each transducer for 2,400 watts of power at a frequency of 40 kHz, providing a power density of 80 watts/gallon. Features a large, easy- to-use 7" touch screen to operate the unit and select the desired cleaning cycle. Elevator automatically lowers trays into cleaning basin. Cycles automatically progresses through filling, detergent dispensing, degassing, ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing, instrument air purge and draining. Elevator lifts trays out of cleaning solution at end of cycle. Fill, rinse and drain hoses provided for installation. Unit measures 50"L x 24"W x 63"H. Operation requires 208V, 60Hz, 1-Phase, 20A dedicated wall receptacle.
