The Network 10 Contracting Office, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48106 is soliciting - RFQ to be posted to GSA eBUY, RFQ 36C25019Q1065, on or about December 9, 2019 and intends to award a single-award FSS BPA for 3.0 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Primary Care Physician Services for the Battle Creek VA Medical Center, (BCVAMC), 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, Michigan 49037. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR part 8, NAICS Code 561320, size standard $27.0 million, set aside 100% to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB s) on GSA Schedule 621 I, Professional and Allied Healthcare Staffing Services, SIN 621-001 (Physician General and Family). This solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR part 8, there are Open Market Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS) for lodging and travel for Physicians. The 3.0 FTE Primary Care Physicians shall be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine. Primary Care Physicians services shall be provided at the BCVAMC and at the following Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) locations: Lansing CBOC, Muskegon CBOC, Benton Harbor CBOC, Wyoming CBOC.
