This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48106 to identify other sources that are capable of providing shelter bed services as part the Healthcare for Homeless Veterans Program for homeless male veterans who are beneficiaries of the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS). The contractor shall provide housing services to include meals, laundry to Homeless Veterans offering a safe and secure environment that supports their goals for recovery from homelessness. The requirement is for a facility with up to 5 beds. Facility to be located within the city limits of Toledo, Ohio, USA. Firm fixed, IDIQ contract with Five (5) One-Year ordering periods, starting November 1, 2019.
