SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE For PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN SERVICES FOR THE BATTLE CREEK VA MEDICAL CENTER This is a Sources Sought Notice. This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for quotes. A request for quotes may be issued at a later date. This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Network 10 Contracting, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, MI 48106 to identify sources that are capable of providing 4.0 FTE Board Certified Primary Care Physicians for the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Medical Center located at 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, MI. This contract will cover all sites to include Battle Creek, Lansing, Muskegon, Benton Harbor and Wyoming, MI. Period of Performance: 12 months from date of Award plus four, 12-month option periods, which may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. Hours of Service: Hours of coverage shall be from 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Possible work every six weeks on Wednesday until 6:30 pm and every sixth Saturday 8:00-noon. Excluding federal holidays.
