The Network 10 Contracting Office (NCO 10) is conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of providing 24-hour cardiac arrhythmia (event) and holter monitoring home services. This includes providing the equipment, personnel, monitoring, and training for facilities located within the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 10. VISN 10 includes VA medical centers located in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. The applicable NAICS Code is 621610 and applies to a business size standard of $15.0M. Contractor shall be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM). Responses to this notice shall be submitted in writing (electronically preferred) and received no later than 2pm EST, Friday, June 07, 2019. Email information to Jaime N. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS Code 621610 (business size standard of $15.0 per annum). Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses should include: company name, service capability statement, examples of similar facilities to which same/similar services were provided; DUNS number, including address, POC, and size of the business. A solicitation is NOT currently available. IF a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on FBO at a later date, and all interested parties shall respond to the solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement.
