SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE This is a Sources Sought Notice. This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for quotes. A request for quotes may be issued at a later date. This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Network 10 Contracting Office, 8888 Keystone Crossing, Suite 1100, Indianapolis IN 46240 to identify sources that are capable of providing the rental and support services of medical CO2 or Ultra Pulse Lasers (Lumenis Sharplan 30C or SSI MD60), related equipment, to include a Certified Trained Technologist to operate the laser during ENT, Condyloma, General Surgery, and Urology cases for the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, maintenance, supplies necessary and a certified trained technician to provide support on a per-case basis. Contract Type: Single Award, Firm Fixed price IDIQ, with Five (5) One-Year Ordering periods. Period of Performance 10/1/2019 to 9/30/2024.
