SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE For Psychiatry Physicians Services for Battle Creek VA Medical Center This is a Sources Sought Notice. This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for quotes. A request for quotes may be issued at a later date. This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Network 10 Contracting, 8888 Keystone Crossing Blvd Ste 1100, Indianapolis, IN 46240 to identify other sources capable of providing Onsite Psychiatry Physician Services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Battle Creek Medical Center, located at 5500 Armstrong Rd, Battle Creek, Michigan 49037. The Contractor shall provide 4.0 FTE Board Certified /Board Eligible Onsite Psychiatrist Physicians; and shall maintain certification throughout the period of performance. Period of Performance: 12 months from date of Award plus two, 12-month option periods. Hours of Service: 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday- Friday, and extended hours on Wednesday evening and Saturday s once every six weeks. Contract physician shall work efficiently to complete all tasks prior to the end of the normal eight-hour workday. However, the contract physician is expected to remain on duty until the last patient has been seen. Eligible sources are encouraged to reply to this sources sought, as this information may be used to determine potential set asides for the above noted service.
