This is a Sources Sought Notice. This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for quotes. It is solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. A request for quotes/proposal may be issued at a later date. This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Network 10 Contracting Office, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, MI 48106. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist and if there are any businesses capable of providing the requirements. The proposed NAICS Code is 624310, Vocational Rehabilitation Services ($11 Million). The Battle Creek, VA Medical Center (JDDVAMC), in Battle Creek, Michigan has a need for Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) Outpatient Addiction Services to be furnished to beneficiaries for whom such care is specifically authorized by the Battle Creek VAMC (VA). Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) may include the use of Methadone or Buprenorphine as a replacement medication tool used in the treatment and recovery of opioid dependence to prevent withdrawal symptoms and opioid cravings while blocking the euphoric effects of opioid drugs.
