This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, MI 48106 to identify sources that can provide and install a 14-Headed Teaching Microscope for the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R., Detroit, MI 48201-1916 The vendor shall provide all necessary items for a new 14-Headed Teaching Microscope to include: Microscope with a Hi-Definition digital video camera including all cabling for hook up to an existing wall-mounted HDTV/Video Monitor for enlarged viewing and educational discussion 14-Heads 2x, 4x, 10x, 20x, 40x & 60x objective magnification Table for proper support of the 14-headed unit This equipment will need to be delivered to the Dermatology Clinic and requires professional installation and set-up by an authorized technician.
