This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to obtain information from qualified vendors with special interest relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 334510, Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. This Sources Sought does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Information provided in response to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only and will not be released. Vendor participation is not a promise of future business with the Government. Requirement The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System has a brand name only requirement for (13) Valleylab FT10 Energy Platform Units, (3) Gem Bipolar Footswitch Standard, (3) Footswitch Standard, and (5) Valleylab FT10 Carts. This purchase is to upgrade the outdated Operating Room Suite energy platforms. The Operating Room Suite currently utilizes (4) ForceTriad units and (9) ForceFX units. VA Ann Arbor is seeking trade-in value for the existing units. On-site delivery shall include installation of equipment and associated software patches by an OEM certified installer. Delivery shall be made to the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, Operating Room Suite, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI, 48105. Interested vendors are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
