SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE For Registered Nurses and Surgical Technologist for VISN 10, under a Blanket Purchase Agreement This is a Sources Sought Notice. This advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for quotes. A request for quotes may be issued at a later date. This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the Network 10 Contracting Office, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, MI 48106 to identify sources capable of providing Registered Nurses and Surgical Technologist services under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to support eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers in Ann Arbor and Detroit, Michigan. Other areas may include: Battle Creek, Saginaw and Indianapolis. Period of Performance: 12 months from date of Award plus five, 12-month option periods. Hours of Service: Hours may vary from 40 hours/week, in shifts of twelve (12), ten (10) or eight (8) hours per day, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Responses should include: (1) Business Name, GSA contract number and Address (if applicable); (2) Point of Contact Name, Phone Number, and E-mail Address; (3) DUNS and NAICS code; (4) Business Size SMALL or LARGE; and (5) Type of Business SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED, VETERAN OWNED, 8A, HUB Zone, WOMEN-OWNED etc. All businesses eligible to provide this service are encouraged to reply as this information may be used to determine potential set asides for the above noted service. If this is a service your business can provide, prospective contractors shall respond to this Sources Sought no later than Tuesday, February 18, 2019; 12:00 NOON (EASTERN).
