This presolicitation/synopsis notice is published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101(a)(1) requiring the dissemination of information regarding proposed contract actions and FAR 5.204 requiring dissemination of information for presolicitation notices. The Department of Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS), 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48105, intends to release a solicitation (RFQ) for a Sonosite PX Ultrasound System for use in the VA Clinic in Toledo, Ohio.
