AMENDMENT NO. 2 Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Oklahoma City, OK Combined Warehouse VA Request for Lease Proposals No. 36C24W25R0030 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The purpose of this Amendment is to Cancel the Government’s Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) No. 36C24W25R0030. Due to significant change in requirements, the Government is unable to proceed with this solicitation. The Government, as the contracting agency, has broad authority to cancel a solicitation and need only establish a reasonable basis for cancelation. The Government appreciates the interest each and every offeror has expressed in serving our veterans.
