This is a pre-solicitation notice to all interested businesses that a request for quote will be issued on or about August 28, 2025. Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) requires a contractor to supply and install sterile processing equipment at the Tulsa VA Medical Center. The contractor will be required to supply and install sterile processing equipment in the sterile processing service area on the second floor of the A-wing and the GI procedure room on the third floor of the A-wing in accordance with this statement of work in a cost effective, efficient, and safe manner, while in accordance with the VA Mission. The VA requires delivery and installation of product between November 2025 and February 2026 as required by the construction contractor and the VA. Afterwards delivery times will be coordinated through the COR with the construction contractor. Actual installation timeframes and schedules will be a joint effort after award between the awarded contractor, construction contractor and the COR. Location: The new Tulsa VA Medical Center will be located at 440 S. Houston Ave, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74127.
