For continuity of care throughout the facility, we request Brand Name or Equal to Arjo Maxi Move lifts. This is the lift used exclusively in OKC VAHCS. Objectives/Scope The N Portland Clinic currently has no portable lifts for use in the clinical areas. We are a no lift facility. Manual lifting of these patients is in direct violation of OKC VA MCP 118-20 “Safe Patient Handling and Mobility Program.” This MCP states that no more than 35 pounds should be lifted by employees while doing patient care activities.
