This is a Sources Sought synopsis only with the purpose of gaining knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to the appropriate North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing (Size Standard: 800 employees). Responses to this Sources Sought synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions and are not considered adequate responses to a potential future solicitation announcement. After reviewing all responses to this synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published via the Contracting Opportunities website. End of Document STATEMENT OF WORK Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System Stainless Steel Instrument Cabinets At the new Tulsa VA Medical Center GENERAL PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE: Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) requires a contractor to supply stainless steel instrument cabinets for sterile processing for the Tulsa VA Medical Center. BACKGROUND: A facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is currently being renovated for the purpose of being used as the new Tulsa VA Medical Center (VAMC) in September 2025. The Sterile Processing Service needs storage capacity for sterilized instruments delivered before September 2025. The facility is being renovated by VHiT and the construction contractor remodeling the facility. LOCATION: The new Tulsa VA Medical Center will be located at 440 S. Houston Ave, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74127. The product will be delivered to 8921 S Mingo Rd, Tulsa, OK 74133. Each delivery package must be MARKED FOR: PKG# 118 and EER# 248434 PERFORMANCE PERIOD/DELIVERY TIMES: The VA requires delivery of product before September 2025. The Contractor shall furnish all OEM products of Brand Name or Equal to the Manufacture KTW Group for EOVAHCS in accordance with this SOW. SCOPE: EOVAHCS requires a contractor to provide equipment that meets or exceeds the physical, functional, and performance of the listed salient characteristics in the following sections. The equipment features are essential to the technical requirements to meet the department's needs and account for retrofitting an existing structure. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS Contractor is required to provide the following products, Brand Name or Equal, at the location outlined in this SOW. Whenever contact with a facility is required outside of normal duty hours, the Contractor shall coordinate these times with the designated COR.
