The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) is seeking one lease acquisition of approximately 6,960 rentable square feet (RSF) consisting of 5,155 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet (ABOA) of space for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in the city of Paso Robles, CA. This project will expand healthcare services and resources to Veterans within the Paso Robles area that will encompass Primary Care, Mental Health, HUD-VASH/CERS, and VSO services). Veteran beneficiaries in this catchment area will gain access to a greater range of services closer to where they live in lieu of being referred out to the community. The Government seeks to award a lease contract for 5 years firm term and 5 years soft term (up to 10 years total) due to both immediate and future known requirements.
