IAW FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (Respiratory) has a requirement for five (5) Brand Name NKV 330 Non-Invasive Ventilators, to include accessories, and staff training. Ventilators must fully integrated dual HEPA filtration, integrated ETCOS and SpO2 monitoring, high flow oxygen therapy as a standard option, FDA approved.
