Issue RLP Amedment #2: cancel RLP No. 36C24W24R0080 in its entirety as the needs of the Government have changed. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA); Central Texas VA Healthcare System is proposing to lease a minimum of 4,734 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) and maximum of 4,973 RSF of medical space for a Vet Center in Corpus Christi, Texas. The space shall be located in a quality building, constructed of sound and substantial construction, and shall be in compliance with Federal Laws & Regulations governing federal leases, building & fire codes, and the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). In addition, the space offered must be either new, new construction, modernized building, or one that has undergone restoration or rehabilitation for the intended use. All design and construction shall meet the most current VA Standards. Lease should be full service. On-site parking for 30 vehicles is required. The term should be 20 years, (7) years firm with a (13) year soft term. Space offered must be in a quality building of sound and substantial construction, either a new, modernized building, or one that has undergone restoration or rehabilitation for the intended use. Space shall be in a prime commercial office space with attractive, professional surroundings. Streets and public walkways shall be well maintained. Space shall be located on the ground floor. Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain. A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by the VA.
