Any questions whether technical or contractual in nature shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at Javar.Whittington@va.gov no later than 1 PM (Central Standard Time), 08/12/2024. Questions will be consolidated, and responses will be posted to the Government Point of Entry not later than 08/19/2024. No further questions will be addressed on this project after this date.
