All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This project proposes to lease approximately 39,000 sq. ft. (ABOA), or 52,650 sq. ft. (RSF) of outpatient clinic space in the vicinity of Eastside El Paso, TX including 100 parking spaces. The lease would enhance outpatient services by closing space gaps identified in the Strategic Capital Investment Planning Process (SCIP).
