The purpose of this advertisement is to identify potential sources and suitable locations and is not intended to pre-qualify or disqualify any potential offers. VA seeks to lease between approximately 20,000 RSF of medical space with a minimum of 75 parking spaces within the delineated area explained below for use as a Community Based Out-Patient Clinic (CBOC). VA will first consider leased space located in an existing building then new builds, not build to suits.
