DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA) SEEKING TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA); Healthcare System is proposing to lease a minimum of 9,812 rentable square feet of medical space for a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Clovis, NM. The space shall be located in a quality building, constructed of sound and substantial construction, and shall be in compliance with Federal Laws & Regulations governing federal leases, building & fire codes, and the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). In addition, the space offered must be either new, new construction, modernized building, or one that has undergone restoration or rehabilitation for the intended use. All design and construction shall meet the most current VA Technical Information Library (TIL) standards. Lease should be full service. On-site parking for 50 vehicles is required. The term should be 20 years, (10) years firm and (10) years soft. To be considered, space must be within Clovis, NM and bordering a delineated area as follows: North – Wilhite Rd South – Curry Rd East – Humphrey Rd West – Wheaton St Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain. A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by the VA.
