The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA); Central Texas VA Healthcare System is proposing to lease a minimum of 5,130 rentable square feet (RSF) of medical space for a Vet Center in Midland, Texas. The space shall be located in a quality building, constructed of sound and substantial construction, and shall be in compliance with Federal Laws & Regulations governing federal leases, building & fire codes, and the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). In addition, the space offered must be either new, new construction, modernized building, or one that has undergone restoration or rehabilitation for the intended use. All design and construction shall meet the most current VA Standards. Lease should be full service. On-site parking for 19 vehicles is required. The term should be 20 years, (5) years firm with a (15) year soft term.
