SUBJECT: Below SLAT Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition Childress TX, Childress As Built Lease # 36C24W23L0002 The subject lease cost is anticipated to be for $91,730.70 Average Annual Unserviced Rent and therefore does not require a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOTFOC) in accordance with GSAM 570.2. In compliance with 48 CFR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements), CFR 6.304 (Approval of the Justification) and CFR 6.303-2 (Content), the LCO has determined that the supplies and services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source and any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition; or unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements. Additionally, the LCO certifies that this sole source justification is accurate and complete to the best of its knowledge and belief.
