U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to least the following space: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS State: Oklahoma City: Tulsa Delineated Area: West Boundary: Riverside Drive North Boundary: E 31st Street East Boundary: Hwy 169/Hwy 64 Mingo Valley Express Way South Boundary: East 91st Street Rentable Sq. Ft. (RSF): 4,800 NUSF Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,173 Space Type: Clinical Space Parking Spaces Total: 24 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A full serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Tulsa, Oklahoma that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
