The Veterans Affairs seeks to lease 3,930 net useable square feet (NUSF), not to exceed 4,125 rentable square feet (RSF) of space, and 10 parking spaces for use by the VA as a medical space in the Dalhart area of Texas. All small businesses and other parties, as well as SDVOSB and VOSB, are encouraged to respond for market research purposes.
