This Sources Sought notice is for market research only, not a request for proposals, to identify vendors capable of performing an in vivo Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) study on rats with spinal cord injury and neural stem cell grafts. The study must comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 58 and requires a vendor to manage the master protocol, animal procurement, surgical support, perfusion, and final GLP report, with deliverables due within 15 or 30 days of milestones. The vendor’s facility must be within driving distance of the VA San Diego to allow hand-delivery of time-sensitive stem cells and accommodate personnel with mobility equipment. The place of performance is at the vendor site, with a one-year period of performance. Respondents should submit a capability statement demonstrating AAALAC accreditation, GLP experience, and CNS model expertise.
