This is a brand new contract for survey services to obtain approximately 3,600 completed surveys from reproductive-age female Veterans. The vendor must have a minimum of 3 years of experience setting up and managing secure texting for multimodal VA surveys, and this experience cannot be substituted. The vendor will program and host the survey on their own secure platform, and the survey must be launched within 3 months of contract execution and a signed Data Use Agreement. Performance will be at the vendor's location, with a call center available for calls in the evenings and weekends across all U.S. time zones. The anticipated contract award is as soon as possible upon receipt and evaluation of quotes.

The VA Puget Sound Healthcare System seeks a contractor to conduct a multimodal survey of approximately 3,600 reproductive-age women Veterans for a research study on reproductive healthcare access, quality, and outcomes.
