COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS General Information Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C24E25Q0017. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 effective 17 January 2025, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). This Solicitation is being competed as a Total Service Disabled Veteran Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 541990 All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is AN41 Health R&d Services; Health Care - Other; Basic Research and the business size standard is $19.5 million. The RPO-East Research and Development Contracting Office is seeking to obtain Data Visualization and Statistical Services at the Massachusetts Veterans Epidemiology Research and Informatics Center (MAVERIC). The Statement of Work (SOW) is incorporated in Attachment 1. Clauses and provisions as well as complete instructions for submitting a response to this solicitation and applicable provisions and clauses are found in Attachment 2. All offerors are advised to pay careful attention to the quote submission instructions as there are very specific instructions as what is required to be provided. The period of performance (POP) is estimated to be 5/1/2025-4/30/2030. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and therefore no 1449 was issued for the solicitation IAW FAR 12.603 (b) NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
