The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Regional Procurement Office East, Research and Development team is soliciting on behalf of the Massachusetts Veterans Epidemiology Research and Information Center (MAVERIC) and Clinical Excellence Research Center (CERC) entities based at the VA facility in Boston, MA. Any resultant contract will be effective for a base ordering period of five (5) years. Individual task orders will award actual performance periods. The desired outcome is to drive veteran recruitment, engagement and retention for the VA sponsored Million Veterans Program (MVP). This process also includes material mailings, response tracking, and handling returned correspondence. The Tasks and Associated Deliverables detailed below describe the anticipated services to be performed under this contract.
