No, the plan is for a single award. Bids on future task orders will be priced on the base contract, so new bids won t be required. The instructions state A. Proposals shall be submitted and in VA dominion and control no later than the time/date specified in the solicitation to be considered for award. The Government is not responsible for lost or mishandled packages or late deliveries. Can the Government please clarify the meaning of dominion? VA Dominion would be within email access of the Contracting Officer. If the quote is in the VA email system before the close date/time, then the CO would have access to it and it would be valid. The instructions for Volume II - Sub-Factor 2 Relevant Experience states the Relevant Experience which includes past, similar experience with performing Genome and Exome Genotyping on the proposed platform. This relevant experience shall also include the experience of Key Personnel, and shall provide resumes. Does the Government have any additional detail, for example project types or applicability to the requested relevant experience to Genome / Exome Genotyping?
