Basis for award resulting from this RFQ will be made to offeror IAW FAR 13.106-2 to the lowest priced quotation that meets the requirements described in this notice. Contractors that submit a quote must include the following to be considered for award: Signed & completed RFQ Document (Standard Form 1449) Section 17a with Unique Entity ID (UEI) Sections 30a-30c with signature Completing the Pricing Schedule (Section B.2) Quotes shall be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer at robin.simmons@va.gov. Incomplete or late quotes shall be considered nonresponsive. All quotes must be received by the closing date Sunday, September 25, 2022 NLT 3:00PM EST. Quotes shall be inclusive of all shipping expenses, as well as any other miscellaneous taxes or fees.
