The Atlanta Veterans Affairs Health Care System (VAHCS) s Rehabilitation Research & Development Center for Visual & Neurocognitive Rehabilitation (CVNR) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Columbus Instruments for four Exer-3/6 Open treadmill for rodents. Investigators intends to research using treadmill exercise as a method for retinal neuroprotection in animal models of retinal degeneration. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement and who is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller of all the items listed above, may submit a capability statement to the contracting office to the contracting office no later than Monday, September 12, 2022, 4:00 PM EST.
