The Department of Veterans Affairs, South Texas (San Antonio) VA requires a brand name or equal system to the SterilGARD e3 Class II, Type A2 cabinet and accessories that work together to deliver unparalleled safety and performance, less downtime for cleaning and maintenance, and increased productivity. Generally, this item will be used for research laboratory on mice and rats. This is a Sources Sought synopsis only. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (large business, small business, 8(a), SDVOSB, etc.), relative to NAICS code 334516. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Based on responses to this synopsis, the Government may issue this RFQ as a Brand Name or Equal requirement in accordance with FAR 52.211-6 on GSA eBuy or Contract Opportunities (beta.samg.gov). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement and who is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller of the item listed above , may submit a capability statement with subject titled: 36C24E21Q0025 to the contracting office than no later than Wednesday, December 23, 2020 4:00 PM EST.
