Regional Procurement Office (RPO) - East intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Allentown, 165 Route 526, Allentown, NJ 08501 to purchase the Free Flow Bedding Dispenser for the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System. The equipment is necessary to integrate with the Allentown caging system installed at the research facility. The following equipment will be purchased: ITEM INFORMATION ITEM NUMBER DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES QUANTITY UNIT 0001 BD9001US-115V FreeFlow bedding dispenser, 115v, us cord set STOCK NUMBER: BD9001US-115V 1.00 EA The FreeFlow bedding dispenser interfaces with the Allentown caging system and equipment currently installed at the VAMC. Request to have the same equipment throughout the laboratory for consistency in procedures and usage amongst research staff personnel. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any responsible sources who wish to identify their interest and capability to provide this equipment or equipment that is compatible must notify this Contracting Specialist at millicent.covert@va.gov by Friday, April 10, 2020, NLT 11:59 AM EST.
