This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE of a proposed requirement to award one (1) subscription for access to Advera clinical Evidence services. This requirement is for Subscription Access to the Advera Clinical Evidence media system. This system allows the research community to perform meta-analysis on over 14,000 clinical trial safety results to view the data and incorporate details into new trial planning to ensure the highest levels of patient safety. This is a subscription-based service. Contract service shall provide enterprise access to the Advera Clinical Evidence system. Contract service shall include standard offered user training on use of system. Technical Topics: Technical support should be available during Advera s normal technical support hours. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for one base period of twelve months and four (4) option periods of twelve months each. Effective at contract award.
