The Department of Veterans Affairs, San Francisco VA Medical Center, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Rapid Mr International LLC, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1; for the procurement of 1H diagnostic wrist array for 7T Research equipment and training. This equipment must be compatible with the Siemens 7.0T MRI instrument already on sited, and the RF coils used should come from Siemens or a Siemens recommended vendor. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement and who is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller of all the items listed above, may submit a capability statement to the contracting office to the contracting office no later than July 1, 2019 , 4:00 PM EST. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
