To be eligible for award, the prime vendor must be registered in SAM.gov and be an authorized reseller of Wolters Kluwer. Telephone calls will not be accepted, and the VA will use SAM.gov Contracting Opportunities for amendments, so contractors must monitor it daily. The solicitation and related amendments are estimated to be posted to SAM.gov on or around September 18, 2026, subject to change.
