VISN 09 seeks a total small-business contractor to provide annual wall-to-wall pharmacy medication and supply inventory services on a firm-fixed-price basis for a base period and four option years. Performance is at six VA medical center campuses in Memphis, Mountain Home, Murfreesboro, and Nashville, TN, plus Lexington and Louisville, KY. Annual inventories must occur between January 1 and February 28 each applicable year from 2027 through 2031, with a separate report for each pharmacy due within seven calendar days after its inventory. The contractor must supply labor, supervision, equipment, inventory tools, travel, section controls, product identification/pricing, and electronic reporting, while authorized VA pharmacy personnel count controlled substances and the contractor incorporates VA-provided controlled-substance data. Award will use lowest price technically acceptable evaluation based on technical acceptability, past performance, and price, with pricing required for 60 separately priced inpatient/outpatient inventory sub-CLINs across the six sites.
